Finally after approval in 2012 by vote, the first Legal Dispensary is to open in Salem.
Just got my MDPH card today, still have to file now for a hardship to grow here.

This is interesting... same source to, talking about state testing levels of lead. The catch is once you get a card you can not grow here unless you request to and have the best of reasoning as to why you need to self provide rather then buy from a dispensary. So the day they can sell it we can't grow it after being made by the state to self grow for last 3 years.

The argument that i would use is quality. If they do not have the methods in place to GARANTEE that there is NO PESTICIDES in the herb then there is no way that you should be made to.use that medicine. There is alot of funky stuff that peeps spray the plants with.....
