Iced coffee sounds great right now. It's a shame to have a 12x24 pool and can't get in it. Just finished painting the deck. So I'm hitting the AC the rest of the day.

I'm having some iced coffee with a splash of rum right now. I'm taking a little break from hanging shade cloth. It's not very hot (78) but it's pretty humid here.

I have finally finished messing with all the planting in the yard. I mixed 2 cubic yards of soil for containers. Now it's time to sit back with a bowl and some spiked iced coffee and enjoy the yard.

We're getting some rain, not much, just enough that I don't have to water the garden.

It was 94 here today. Meteorologist said 5% chance of rain....So I watered the yard and garden. Just as I was finishing the sky turned black and it started raining like crazy.....for 5 minuets. So the heats back and you can see steam on my front walk.
I'mma just grab a cold drink, load a bowl, and sit in the shade, and enjoy the yard.

90° to 95° with heat index over 100° the next 4 days. Time to head to the mountains

90's and rain here today. I'll just fill the bird feeders and see if the cardinals come around. They like hanging under the shade cloth.
