Is there a way to slow down growth? I don't have room in the tent. The rotation won't allow for another 2 more weeks. My 3 in veg are almost in my lights.

I don't know what light you have in veg, but when I need to slow the roll I swap out alternating blue bulbs in my T5 for red bulbs and veg on full spectrum. (Make every other bulb in the fixture a red one) I'd say it slows the growth rate by at least 1/4. I don't have any science to support it, just my own use of the technique. Lower your N to the bare minimum to stay alive, that will help too.

Bondage just refers to tying the plant down.

Bondage (lst) tie her down. Bet you could loose good 6-12" from topping n tying ;)
Pinchin her tops will also slow her down vertically some too but pinching n toping will cause it to blow out as well

Look at my grow in outdoor grow shows. I'm outdoors, but just few weeks past lst'd. I'm a severe masochist in the garden. Went from almost three feet tall to under a foot.
