hey fam whats been going on happy new year. ok so just to catch everybody up . this project to to make my 2nd true breeding strain for my stable.

what i am using
malwai gold from seeds of africa f1 stock
narkush from seedsman f1 stock
ewd#2 (east west delight) f6 my 1st true breeding strain.
tundras delight (ata tundra x ewd#2) f1 stock still have a cup of years before this is stable and used for breeding.

400 watt hps/mh

soilless th-6 mix setup as hydro using Blumat auto drippers for the 6 2 gallon pots
and 32oz cups for the rest.
ppms are now at 1000 ph 5.0 i let it swing to 6.0 then set it back down to 5.0
rez is a 5 gallon bucket for now

nutes . jungle juice micro, fox farms grow big and tiger bloom, greenlight super bloom, molasses, h202

so far i am 3 days into flowering and the narkush has been pulled from the breeding program. i dont like the way it grows its just not for me.
i will grow out the rest of the narkush thats in the 32 0z cups. in might do a seed run if thier a male and female narkush in the 32 oz batch

and thank you mom/thg you have help me on my way to hydro and made it vesy eazy fo my to understand.

ok guys alil update i have cut all males but a mawali gold . but most of the 32oz cups have yet to show sex i have also cut most of the nakush,. because thier not something that i want to breed with at this moment. so i guess it will just be mgold x mgold and mgold x northen lights.

day 9 of flower 32 oz cups are starting to show perflowers .cant wait until they all do.all the 2 gal plants are all female but one mgold. the plants have been on ph 5.0 water and h20n2 for the last two days .i will continue at 5am with 900-1000 ppm seams to be the sweet spot.
i am now using a flood and drain system for the 32 oz cups and auto drippers for the 2 gal pots. using a 5 gallon rez. so far so good for my first hyro grow

12 day of flowering. had to cut a male last night that puts me at 6 females in 2 gallon so far .one mawlai gold male that i will be using to breed with. kind of bugging out because they say that mgold is a 12 week plus stain so i wonder how long before the male really starts to drop pollen. i want to get him out of thier so i can have some more room of the females. i dont have any other place at the moment to put him. so i guess we will have to see how it goes . as for the 32oz cups 8 left . the females should be showing some time this week i hope. its kind of funny that was on another forum and i was talking about my grow. this is what i told them. i had 15 plants right now 7 in two gallon bags and 8 in 30oz cups in a 2.5x2.5x62in grow tent. when they read this they just rip me a new one. you cant do that. your a punkass newbie that dont etc... then i told them about my hybrid hydro flood and drain plus BLUMAT system using just a 5 gallon rez. boy i got all but kick out of the forum . anyways when i showed then the some pics of my grow nothing not one post no name calling nothing. but checked my in box and everyone of the name callers had pm me asking how i set my system up. they had me rolling on the floor i so glad i have yall as my fam i love yall.

anyways ph 5.0 drift to 6.0 reset to 5.0 but lately its been pretty stable. i usually have to adjust every day but theirs been on need to. the highest it been since the 9th is 5.3 so i just top of with phed water back to 5.0. ppms are still in the 900-1000 range. i have stop adding the green light super bloom {i only used it for a week to get the flowering a jump start} and added more tigerbloom. i will add the superbloom back into the mix at week 6 of flower. so right now this is my mix

5ml of jj mirco/ 5ml of grow big and 16mil of tigerbloom per gallon gets me around 1300 ppms in 4 gals of water. so to get back down to 900-1000 i add a gallon of just water and that brings me down to 900-1000. after the second week of flowering has pasted i will put in the hps bulb so i guess Around the 15th. the flood and drain system is working nice no probs and the BLUMAT dipper are giving me a 5% run off after about a day are 2.

wow fam what i'am i on boycott lol.. well so iam setting here thinking about what my the next move is. right now i have only one stable beeding strain to my liking. ewd#2 . ok so now i looking to add second and third to my stable of breeding stains . i have Tundra'sDelight( ata tundra x ewd#2) to work . now at the end of this grow i will have Malawi gold x Malawi gold, Malawi Gold x Northern lights,Malawi Gold x EWD#2 and mybe malawi x nakush . i would like the pick yall brain on these crosses

Ok fam how are you doing. so yesterday i ran a 24 hour water and peroxide mix to clean the roots and my drip system ph 5.0. i do this at each rez change. the plants are then left to dry out until this time tomorrow. then i will start the reg feeding of a ppm 900-1000 p.h 5.0.
i have now changed from my mh bulb to my hps bulb. that's about it for now. pics where taking yesterday .

so guys had a hick up and i had to let the plants dry out longer then i would like.. so its been three days . so the ladys are back on nutes. i also added a extra flood time because the ladys seam to be yellowing a bit . times for floods where 12.00 pm. now its 12.00pm and 6.00 am .i have no timer for the pump its really becoming a pain. can somebody point me toward so good timers please . remember i am on a budget .

G'day , if the timer is just for the pump you can use a cheap timer like this one. They are only a couple of bucks. Maybe more than a couple but cheap.

what do yall think about digtal timers
i need a timer that has two outlet and you could program each outlet different . like inlet pump on for 20 min then off. then outlet pump turns on for 20 then off i need this to happen at 12.00pm then again at 6.00pm

still try to find that timer guys so help would be nice. on the other hand the laides are looking good . so i will be using just one male on this grow it will be the Malawi gold . malawi gold is really messing with my head. because it looks just like the unknown northern lights freebie next to it. and the fact that i have yet to see that extreme sativa out of it. it does have a long way to go but i really would like so feed back from the fam. the malawi gold in the corner is just showing sex female. its still trying to catch up to the rest it might be one of those 12+ week plus pheno's. i could really use yall thoughts on this gold.

hey mr1 this is really my first time growing a pure sativa like m gold .if i am right isn't northern lights like mostly indica. and if so why does look like a sativa

ok so i know that the mg male will be release the stuff soon .i have always had room for making seeds. but i dont know. how do u do the ziplock method for getting POLLEN

Very carefully. What i did, and i have only done it once, so i am not an expert. I took the plant where there is no other plant...outside if you can, and put the plant down on paper or plastic and shake it. Then use a credit card, or something to scoop it all together then but it in the bag. I just took the flowers and everything and put in a ziplock. Good luck.

hey ty u rose. rose did you use put rice in the bag for humidity. i also heard that i could cut the branches off. put in to a open ziplock and let the branches dry out then add some rice and close the bad then store. i also heard something about adding flower to the pollen for storage . since the flowering has all ready started to form on the males cant i just remove the male. and put it into a non 12/12 room . will it go back into veg are will it continue to from balls and drop pollen until goes back into veg.
