Many people find conditioning larger amounts of Rockwool as a pita.
For me it's a necessity.
Site 1 is a fourth floor apt with no lifts.
Carrying lightweight sacks of Rockwool up these stairs is far less conspicuous then carrying sacks of other heavier growing mediums.

This is my current method of dealing with 90ltrs of Cellmax Rockwool croutons.
The flixibutt is filled and the pH adjusted to 5.5pH
The croutons arevadded and left to soak for a minimum of 30 mins (or indefinitely) drained, refilled with 5.5pH'd h2o from the res outside of the shower stall.
I repeat this process 4times.
