Is it too soon for bloom nutes?

Hi all outdoor growers. I'm doing a grow using ff ocean forest soil and ff grow big nutes. My afghan skunk is starting to pre-flower even though its mid june. The other two (green crack and GS cookie) are showing female flowers also but not as much as afghan skunk. Should I start mixing my grow big with tiger bloom nutes or is it too soon. All plants are green and mean and nearly 4 ft tall as of today. Am thinking of ways to keep them lower. Pics of cookie, crack and skunk from today. I really want to get the nutes right so any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Hope my girls are half as fine as the ones y'all grow. Thanks.

Thanks OZ and BG. I'll keep watching and probably go with the 20-10-10. Will let you know what happens.

Since I can't stop the heavy rain later tonight, should I give the girls in the ground a heavy feeding of the Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom before the rain. The soil is pretty dry and I figure if I feed them heavy now, the 1-2 inch rains will wash the nutes down a bit further into the root ball than just my surface watering can do. Any thoughts on this method? Green Mojo!

Water before the rain that way the nutes are already drawn down in the soil and won't wash off. the area
