If anyone is interested, Here are some pictures of my 4 Mandala Kristalica (reg) and one BCBD The Purps ( fem ). There is a Joey Weed Blueberry in there also but I think it is a male.
Grown in soil, in basement closet
Jungle Juice nutes, following directions on bottle for now.
430w Son Agro bulb with 430w ballast
Ph 6,2 -6.5
Temp, 75 degrees average in closet, lights on, basement temp.is 68.
Homemade 450 cfm rated carbon scrubber with 8'' booster fan 430cfm ( probably only 200cfm with scrubber attached )
I under fed when they were young, I am getting used to new nutrients, used to use GH Flora Nova. The Kristalica is 3 days shy of one month, The Purps is a week behind, so about 3 weeks ( from my new batch of seeds). The first plant is the star of my Should I Keep It thread. I am going to wait till I see alt. nodes ,then I will flip the lights and hope for the best. I was playing with the white balance on my cheap Panasonic Lumix ( good camera ).

so did u have any issue with light sensitivity at all wit mandalas gear at all. buddy mine I spoke with prior to orderin me up some hashberry told me hes a fan of mandalas gear , but doesn't care for hwo all his hes dropped so far have almost all been a lil on the light sensitive side. sorta take a whiel to adjust to HHPS form flo's and lowering lights etc... he says. no experience myself fiwt mandalls stuff yet but still sittin on some HB and satori beans atm.

I found that they did not like the light to close. So as long as they don't stretch I will keep the light farther away. My node spacing is usually pretty good with the Agro bulbs. This is my first try with Mandala's strain. Satori is next.

Mandela describes Kristalica as being 75% sativa, then go on to say 65-72 day finish. That seems like a short finish for a 75% sativa, I bet they go much longer than that.

I have not found any Kristalica grows, so I don't know what to expect except some really good weed. I have not looked in a while, I should search again.

I have some Kristalica beans in my fridge........ I ordered them when I ordered Satori........ sounded like Satori with more get up and go to me........ I will be running them in the future......... I'll be watching for sure.

Plants are doing fine, the blueberry was a male so it is out. Feeding JJ at the vegetative stage strength on bottle which is about 1200 tds. Trying to keep ph at 6.5 but it is at about 6.1. Ph 8.5 going in 6.1 coming out. No early sighns of sex yet. I think I will flip the lights soon. They are in 1 gallon icecream pails which is where they will stay till the end. The pictures are shot using the white balance on my camera so they look pretty close to the pictures they are a little darker in normal light.

Thanks man, tallest is 10'' three are 8'' and purps is 7'' which is a week behind the rest.

Quick question, plants are a month old give or take a day, does it mater if I take clones before plants have alternating nodes, or should I wait till they get alternating nodes?

if there is sufficient secondary growth right now you can take cut's no prob. i like to give mine 7-10 days in flower before taking my cuts. i take most of my cuts after she gets trimmed up for flower(before bud sites appear).

I was thinking of putting them into flower and just cloning the females . Would that work?

The last time I cloned was about 8 years ago so I am a little rusty, been using female seeds all this time. Time to read up a bit.

Hey MR1 there are so many ways to clone. I find the simpler methods word best. Your plants look beautiful.

If kristalica is anything like satori you'll be waiting another month for them to show sex. My satori took forever to show sex. Kristalica looks like it would respond well to topping it.

THG...... maybe I need to pull my Satori at 9 weeks instead of 10 weeks....... I went to sleep last night at my desk smoking Satori......... but getting sleep has never been a problem for me. I do get the get up and go when I smoke Satori but not the wired for sound feeling.

Plants are coming along, no problems. Kristalica's are 3 days over a month, The Purps ( in the center ) is 3 days under a month. Took clones, changing to 12/12 tonight.I am anxious to weed out the males .

This is an hour after lights came on. They liked their first sleep. In the first and second picture, bottom left plant is the plant I forgot to add ph up to so it's ph is 5.8 and the rest are about 6.5, maybe that is why it is a little droopy I don't know.

Update, I am down to three plants, 2 Kristalica out of 4 were female and one The Purps fem. Still feeding with Advanced Nutrients 3 part Jungle Juice by itself and they are doing great, no problems I can see. I have A.N. Overdrive for the last 2 weeks of flower so this is a bare bones nute schedule. The Should I keep it plant turned out to be female. Kristalica's are 19'' The Purps is 16''. First pic is The Purps.
