so i ordered a small t5 setup, 6500k bulbs. 12,000 lumen total. it will veg what.2 plants? i know it will be perfect for 6 or 8 seedlings,i assume. can always move um under the MH buld at some point. was just wondering if i ever wanted to veg with would it be enough for 2 plants or 1?

I have an 8 bulb 4ft t5.......... I can veg 8 and still have room for some clones and seedlings.......... you should be able to veg 2 plants in 3 gallon pots.

this was 3 crammed under a 4 bulb 2' fixture





keep it all tucked within the footprint of the fixture and drop it down to 2"- 3" off the top

leaf only gets a minor burn after touching the bulb for a while
those tubes run so cool

the 6 bulb fixture is a little bigger than mine but not by much 23"x13" vs 25"x21"
2 should fit under there nicely (IMO)

thanks.right now i veg with the 400MH and when they get ready to bloom, i am going to veg with the t5, kinda keep a cycle going. thanks all

I love T5's and haven't used my MH since i got the T5's... Enjoy your new lights.
