what up peeps hope everyone had a great holiday week,trying to get used to this new site....

record temps 70's and 80's here yesterday---my kid spent the day at the beach---looks like the new destination for x-mas break lol---much of the same expected for today---seems it all went bye sooo quickly this year---funny how time seems to move faster when we get older

Orange, christmas at the beach...not a bad deal.. Speaking of getting older, i used to feel so sorry for my folks if we didn't make up to the farm at chirstmas, little did i know then, that they liked it... A quiet christmas is very nice.

Whew, back from relatives. It is always an....ummmm...adventure when we all get together. Glad to see everyone, but really glad to be home. Like Rosebud, I am smoking some Satori, but sipping on an Irish Cream and coffee (and listening to the quiet).

I also had a great Christmas, ate and drank too much and stayed up too late. My close friends in the little place I live and I are going to have a get together at my place later today. I have a big pot of chili going, it is cold, crisp, and sunny outside...a great chili day.

Morning all. Hope everyone is staying warm. It is 20 here with a high today of 32. However it is going to be sunny and windless, so it will feel warmer. At least I hope so. We are splitting wood today. I have a plumbing job this morning and then we are splitting wood. Us old folks (of course) use a wood splitter, but it is still a big job for us old folks. Might just have to take a Jazucci tonight.

Rosebud, I just tried those maple sausages and really liked them, too. We are going to have some for brunch today( before we start splitting wood) along with cheese blintzes with blueberry sour cream sauce....mmmmmmm. And some Satori to get us up and motivated.

thats the same weather I have going on here THG. I have the heater on high, in the ladies room. I probably need to get a bigger heater. When it drops down to 20's the room gets down to about 60. by 9:00 AM its already back up to 73. I have to work all weekend, cheers to you all!!

-15 celcius (5 F )here up north. Perfect snowmobile weather. Any colder and I stay inside. Time for a hoot.
