I offer for your consideration;
The first 3 Pics are of the pond liner I installed in the grow room to guard against leaks (and it's a good thing I did) I have had to replace buckets a few times due to leaks. I thought I was screwing up the drilling of holes but.....I figured out why they kept leaking. The weight of the water/nutes and the plants makes the bottom of the buckets bow down causing small cracks where the holes were drilled. I fixed this by taping pennies to the bottoms of the buckets so they couldn't sag down anymore....VIOLA!.....fixed
Pic 4 is a general look at the room
Pic 5 is one of 3 risers I made to hold the buckets off the floor. The "legs" are 8" x 3/4" bolts, with nuts and washers above and below the 3/4" plywood painted white. The legs are adjustable because the floor is sloped towards a floor drain in another room.
Pic 6 is just the buckets with the grommet and nipple.
Pic 7 the buckets and table assembled. the fill/drain hose is angled from back to front to enable maximum drainage.
Pic 8 is a recycle container I'm using as my brain bucket.
Pic 9 is my flood and drain module with all the sensors (new toy)
Pic 10 is the brain bucket assembled. I had to cut and extend the sensor wires because the module is envisioned for a 5 gallon bucket. They really should make wire extenders for peeps that break the barriers.
Pic 11 is the control module mounted on the wall. I have it on a heavy duty picture/mirror hanger so when I break down the room for cleaning I can take everything out (except the pond liner.).
Now the Plants. Suffice to say I almost lost them due to fans going out and temps hitting over 120f. I chopped them all down from 2' to 4" the only one I lost was a Chemical Nightmare from gardentroll , it really sucked because I just had the one, I replaced it with a Nurse Larry.
Pic 12 Larry x Larry these beans were a gift from @orangesunshine. The one in the foreground is looking best, but the other 2 are coming along.
Pic 13 Larry x Larry, you can see how short they are compared to the first one, but still hanging in there.
Pic 14 The center row are Satori x Double Purple Doja. These beans were a gift from Mr. Whipple , nice plants no doubt.
Pic 15 This is a Satori x DPD that for some reason is variegated??? It's totally healthy, just mottled leaves. I've taken clones to try outdoors, it provides it's own camouflage. Anyone who saw it would not think marijuana, that's a good thing to hide in your landscape. It's my favourite plant this grow.
Pic 16 these are Nurse Larry’s I was gifted from Rosebud . The first one is a little short because it came to the room late, it's the replacement for my Chemical Nightmare.
This is a new set up for me, so there's still things to iron out and tinker with, but all in all I like it.
