Just saying Hi and I like the small town feel of the site.

Ive always been a green thumb growing veggies, flowers and such but my real passion is cannabis. I started cultivating cannabis in 95. I had to take a hiatus in 2002. I miss those mama's, Sweet skunk, sweet tooth, ICE, sk #1, durban, and my fave shiskaberry.. I just started back up in october of this year. It was gonna be a small closet... but I can't ever do anything small..

Ive done indoor and out. Soil and Hydro. Organic and Chem. I was doing DWC back in the nineties when we were still figuring it out. I plan on RDWC but havent gotten that put together yet.

The scene has changed alot. I don't remember too many US breeders back then. I was a little dismayed when I found out Breeder Steve had left. I learned alot from him and he gave me a huge pack of all his strains once.. Sad I can't get those back but happens I guess.

Right now Ive got 9 plants that came from bags that ive collected over the past 5 years or so.. Im gonna flip them into flower tonight. So far 5 of them have shown me that they are female. It will be interesting as I haven't grown a bagseed grow in over 15 years. Ive also got some Sugar Cookies from OGS that are about two weeks behind the bagseeds... Primarily started the bag seeds because I had no idea where to go to find genetics after such a long hiatus.. All of these are in soil which I botched because I was impatient and even though I knew better purchased the value brand soil... Ive managed to fix most of the issues so I think its gonna work out.. DON"T ever put your plants in vigoro!!!!

Ive also recently purchased some buckeye purple, strawberry diesel, mastodon, donkey kong, Blue Snow Dog, Cindy's Blue Cheese, and some vanilla kush. I think Ive got enough to find some goods :)

The laws and general feeling was different back then.. I remember waking up in the middle of the night hearing a helicopter (or what I thought was one) yanking all my cords out and running out in the backyard, more than once.. LOL. I guess im smarter now as well to realize how ridiculous that was even back then.

I want to move out to the PNW but am stuck because of responsibilities.. Im still in the midworst

NONE of us were inhaling

I was still living in (collage town) apartment/house settings and having neighbors calling the cops on me because the hallway of the building smelled like (bad) WEED... OMG call the COPS!

Can't forget the NORMAL and Freedom Fests (3 day camping/music) that were just getting a good foot-hold, especially after Jerry died ... sigh.

In '95 I was growing in the swamps around Melbourne FL, putting plants in buckets on small wooden platforms in trees to keep them out of the nasty swamp water and shoo-ing away the gators that came to see what I was doing when I went to check on them, lol.
